Ted and Anita De Tello have been involved in Praise Ranch Ministry full time for over 16 years. Praise Ranch Ministry is an adoptive home for Orphans and a safe haven for Christian Widows.
They have worked in the field of family advocacy and adoption in Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii, and now in Kansas. Having a heart for orphans and widows, they committed their lives to ministry in 1998. While living in Hawaii, God began to pour out His vision for the expansion of Praise Ranch and directed their journey toward the "Heartland of America".
Praise Ranch Ministry is located in Pawnee Rock Kansas. Praise Ranch is not only the De Tello family’s private residence, it is a Bible based non-profit ministry - a private Christian school for the De Tello children, an adoptive home, and an outreach allowing Christian widows to live as guests there.
Praise Ranch is involved in outreach and networking with other Bible-based organizations to use the Praise Ranch facility. The facility and grounds are available for service specials, outreach, camps, revival, community and faith-based gatherings, and praise & worship concerts. The services offered at the Praise Ranch facility and through its ministry are Bible based and free.
Public access is planned for the 52,000 sq. ft. facility and the twenty acres of what will become a prayer walk, prayer gardens, picnic areas, and a playground.
The Praise Ranch focus is to empower people of Bible based denominations to connect with faith based organizations in order to develop networks of support and services through family, community, Christian education, co-ops and church affiliations.
The first remodel to the facility is complete and will provide the opportunity to provide for additional children. It will also provide necessary space to reach out and to serve the Christian widow. Praise Ranch represents a Christ centered home filled with a faith enriched living environment that is focused on prayer and spiritual relationship.
